The Folly Wildlife Rescue centre near Tunbridge Wells says its future has been secured.

The centre had said it could close due a drop off in legacies and increasing costs

But it now it says it’s raised £ 300,000 to allow it to continue - well above its target of 250,000.

Folly Wildlife said over the past week it received some larger donations - and it said support from the public had been truly amazing.

Folly Wildlife helps 3,000 injured animals every year at Broadwater Forest which is south of Tunbridge Wells.
