Tonbridge residents are encouraged to use it rather than lose it.
The Tonbridge Banking Hub is encouraging residents and businesses in the town to use the temporary Banking Hub facilities being provided in association with Cash Action UK ( https://www.cashaccess.co.uk/hubs/tonbridge-kent/ ) at Tonbridge Castle. They report that many people who go in, say they weren’t aware it existed and they seem to just wander in and find it. So a campaign via Tonbridge Daily has been launched to encourage more people to use the service.
The agreement to get a hub was hard won and it needs to be used. Work is still taking place to eventually come up with a permanent location for a banking hub in the town following the closure of many of the High Street banks.
