The Arnold Clark community fund announce new grants
West Kent Community Radio, your local radio station, is a charity and run by volunteers.
Part of the radio station’s income comes from grants made by a variety of funders and organisations.
This week, West Kent Radio has been awarded £500 from the Arnold Clark community fund. These funds will be used towards the core costs of running the radio service, including items such as electricity and water rates.
Other local groups who were successful this week, include Tonbridge Swimming Club, who received £1,000 from the fund which will help their recovery from Covid.
