Help Kent Fire & Rescue Service to Keep You Safe

Research around rechargeable electrical items, like e-bikes, e-scooters, laptops & smartphones, that contain lithium-ion batteries.

The Kent Fire & Rescue Service are always wanting to learn more about Kent and Medway residents, to help keep you safe. A survey is currently being conducted across the county.

This questionnaire focuses on lithium-ion batteries and re-chargeable devices. It asks about:

  • The types of re-chargeable electrical devices you own or use.
  • Your knowledge of lithium-ion batteries.
  • Your attitudes towards safe charging and storage of these devices.
  • Your thoughts and behaviours around disposing of re-chargeable electricals and lithium-ion batteries.
  • Optional ‘About you’ questions (age, gender, ethnicity, etc)
