Stores in Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks could be at risk
Carpetright, the national carpet chain, announced on Friday that they are abut to appoint an administrator while it works to secure additional funding.
The chain has over 270 stores across the UK and employs 1,800 staff.
Locally, there are stores in Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.
It is uncertain where jobs will be affected.
