Currently a resident of Southborough, Joan who is 101 years of age speaks with Martin Webber gives advice on longevity, and shares a century of memories. 

Joan was brought up in Sevenoaks and became matron at the Kent and Sussex Hospital.  When asked for tips on living to 101, she says likes vegetables and has never eaten a pizza.
