The Motte at Tonbridge Castle has been transformed into poppy pathway. Installed by a group of volunteers, the pathway is to commemorate Remembrance and Armistice Day this Sunday.


Businesses across West Kent can apply for interest-free loans under a scheme being managed by Kent County Council. Loans between £100,000 and half a million pounds are available. Council leader Roger Gough said "Kent has a higher number of small businesses compared to the national average so we have really wanted to focus on supporting the county’s small businesses"


Tonbridge Rotary has provided funds towards a new playground roundabout at Nexus Scholl. The roundabout has been adapted for pupils with profound multiple learning disabilities.


Tomorrow is the big reveal in The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells. Shops will reveal their Christmas window displays and many will be open late with special offers and nibbles, carols, and Father Christmas will make an appearance.


Tonbridge And Malling Borough Council are reminding voters in three local wards, to make certain that they are registered in time for the by-elections. All three are due to be held on 9th December and the final day for registration is Tuesday 23 November.


In local sport and it's Derby Day as Rusthall FC takes on Tunbridge Wells FC at the Jockey Farm Stadium. The kick-off is at 3pm.
