Follow Your Heart at The Bluebell Café This February Half-Term: Fun Activities Throughout the Week!

Celebrate February half-term with our family-friendly activities at our Bluebell Café, set within the beautiful Aspens site in Pembury, just outside Tunbridge Wells. Children can enjoy decorating a plant pot and sowing their own seed to take home and grow on Wednesday and we've got a fun (& FREE!) Valentine-themed Follow Your Heart trail running Monday-Friday.

Decorate a Plant Pot and Sow a Seed

Follow Your Heart - What Makes You Happy Trail
Date: Monday 16 - Friday 20 February 2026
Time: 10am-4pm
Price: Free to take part
Pre-booking: No pre-booking required

Collect an information sheet from the café, follow the trail along your way and look for jokes. Return your sheet to the café and write in the heart at the bottom what makes your heart happy. Cut it out and hand it to a member of staff who will help you stick it to our 'what makes you happy tree' to receive a treat.

Aspens is a charity that provides support to autistic individuals and those with a learning disability, and funds raised at our Cafe, and through donations, support our vital work.

Make the Most of Your Visit
After the activities, families are welcome to stay and make the most of everything Aspens has to offer. Enjoy a delicious lunch or warming drink at the Bluebell Café, meet our friendly animals, or take a stroll around our woodland walk and outdoor spaces. TN Card holders can also enjoy a free hot drink with every £5 spent on food at the Café*.

Donations Centre
If you’re having a spring declutter, don’t forget that we have an on-site Donations Centre. We gratefully accept good-quality pre-loved items including clothing, accessories, homeware, toys and books, which are then sold in our charity shops to support Aspens’ vital work.
